Graduated in 2025 at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), I am a Taiwanese multidisciplinary designer focused on UI/UX & product design with 3 years of multimedia working experience.
Human-centred design methodology and creativity are my design fuels, and Communication and a thoughtful design process are my best allies in creating meaningful experiences, whether in person or as a team.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing badminton, cooking, working on design side projects, and spending time with my friends.
I practice the philosophy of “Mise en place”, which is a French term means putting your things in place. Designers are like chefs. We practice our skills, sharpen our eyes, and bring amazing experiences to our customers, clients, and users. Designers should do preparations as much as we can to achieve great results no matter in researching, ideating, designing, and testing.
Working alone could be fast, but working as a team could stay long. Designer’s job is not only helping users to understand the product. We also help our team focus on solving the real problems. I believe that communication is the essential skill for all designers as we dedicate ourselves bridging the gap between technologies and human, and also peoples we work with.
Creativity and ideas come from the observation of everyday life. As a designer, work-life balance is not only helpful for us to keep our professionalism but also important for us to be inspired. When I am not doing work, I read books, meet up with friends, go traveling, do volunteer works, and create digital arts. All the experiences I gained from everyday life make who I am.
The world changes fast. As a designer, we must stay humble to learn new tools, technologies, knowledges, environments, and new changes to not only adapting ourselves but also designing for different generations. I believe that being open-minded like a student to embrace different cultures and opinions can really find the true needs and pain points from the target users.
